Registrations are NOW OPEN for Trek 2! 

Required for all members to continue their Scouting in 2024

All members (including youth members, adult helpers, Rover Scouts, Fellowship and Leaders) must be registered for Trek 2 prior to attending their first activity or meeting.

IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR TREK 2 

• Longer Trek duration of 15 July 2024-April 2025 (approx. 9 months) 

• Payment plans available for all members 

• Go in the draw to WIN a prize when you register by 31 July*! 

WHAT DO MEMBERS NEED TO DO?

1. Click the link above, next to the relevant member name, to access formation/Group ScoutHub registration portal

2. Type the member name and date of birth. ScoutHub should match you to your existing record and pre-populate existing details 

3. Click the relevant section and fee 

4. Confirm or edit any personal information 

   a. For youth member registrations, please ensure you use a PARENT/CARER email address for members under the age of 18 

   b. For Leader registrations, please ensure you use your Scouts NSW email address as the primary email address 

5. Enter any relevant discount codes 

6. Make required payment. 

PAYMENT PLANS 

Payment plans are available for members to spread the cost of fees across smaller instalments. Please complete this form and our Member Experience Team will assist you to set up the payment plan. 

ACTIVE AND CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS 

Active and Creative Kids Vouchers are redeemable at Scouts, with a new round of vouchers released from 15 July! For more information on using your voucher at Scouts, visit our website. Importantly, if you are eligible for both the February and July vouchers, you can redeem BOTH at the same time with Scouts! 

To redeem an Active and Creative Kids Voucher towards your fees at Scouts, complete the online form here.  

TREK 2 FEES 

Member fees are comprised of a State registration fee and your Group fee. For Trek 2, the State registration fee will be $210 (returning member) or $270 (new member) and covers the period July 2024 to April 2025. Group fees will vary per Group and will be displayed on the payment screen as you complete registration.

LONGER TREK DURATION

The upcoming Trek will be a longer duration of July-April (approx. nine months). This timeframe will reduce how often we ask members to complete registration; reduce the administrative requirements of Group Leaders/admins; will ensure all Jamboree participants are actively registered with Scouts NSW for their camp in January; and align the next registration and payment period to the end of Term 1 2025, away from when families are paying back to school costs and other fees at the start of the year.
